Cancel Transfer(s)

You can cancel transfers from the ‘Transfers’ popup card in the desktop app.

Cancel a Single Job

1. Click on ‘Folder’ icon in the top menu bar of the desktop app to open the Transfers popup card.
2. Click on the ‘x’ icon for a single job.
3. The job will be cancelled and you will have to trigger it again, which will start the transfer over again.

Cancel All Jobs

1. Click on ‘Folder’ icon in the top menu bar of the desktop app to open the Transfers popup card.
2. Click on ‘Cancel All’ at the top of the Transfers card.
3. All of the current jobs will be cancelled and you will have to trigger them again, which will start the transfers over from the beginning.
