Select Items

You can select multiple items within a directory and then download or delete all of them from the action bar that appears at the bottom of the desktop app window.

Selecting with the Mouse

Select All - Click on the checkbox in the upper left of the Viewport next to ‘Name’ to ‘Select All’.
Select Multiple Items - Hover over an item’s icon to reveal and then click on a checkbox.

Keyboard Modifiers

The following keyboard modifiers work both when hovering over the folder/file icon to show the checkbox and when clicking anywhere on the listed item.

Select multiple items

MacOS: Cmd+Click or Cmd+Enter and navigating up and down with the arrow keys.
Windows: Ctrl+Click or Ctrl+Enter and navigating up and down with the arrow keys.

Select a range of items

MacOS and Windows: Hold down Shift and then click on the end of the range you want to select.
