Manage users, groups, and roles for your team to control access to data and interfaces.
Users
Create unique accounts for each of your users to access the node without the need for a 3rd party server.

Groups
Create groups to simplify access control. By granting permissions to groups and adding or removing users from these groups, access management becomes easier and more efficient.

Roles
Your role determines what you can do in the creative.space web and desktop apps. With the exception of System Monitor and Client, each role is capable of all the actions of the roles below them.

Role | Access Level |
User | Basic space access. |
Client | Access to only the Libraries interface in the web app. |
Team Member | Access to spaces in the web and desktop apps. |
Team Leader | Expanded access to manage spaces and teams, including the ability to control permissions for spaces they are members of, creating templates, and data recovery from snapshots. |
System Monitor | System performance and access monitoring. |
System Admin | Full control over system settings and management. |
