Download a file of any size through your web browser.
WARNING
Folder download is only supported in the desktop app.
Without the desktop app, you can use the ‘Zip’ action to generate a single file that you can download and then unzip to recreate the folder and its contents.
Right Click
- Go to the Spaces page of the web app and navigate to a file within the Spaces, Ingest, Snapshots, or Libraries tab.
- Right click on the item and choose ‘Download’.
- The file will be downloaded to your browser’s default downloads folder.
Inspector
- Go to the Spaces page of the web app and navigate to a file within the Spaces, Ingest, Snapshots, or Libraries tab.
- Click on the file to open the inspector and click on the ‘Download’ icon.
- The file will be downloaded to your browser’s default downloads folder.
