Apply metadata tags to your assets to make them fast and easy to find on the ‘Libraries’ page.
Tagging a Single Item
- Find the asset you want to tag.
- Right-click on it or click the '...' button to reveal available actions.
- Select the 'Tags' action.
- The 'Tags' card will appear.
- Choose one or more tags from the list to apply them to the current selection.
- To remove an applied tag, click on it. Applied tags are displayed to the right of 'Current Tags' at the top of the card.
- (Optional) Use the search field to filter the displayed tags. If a tag doesn't exist, you can create one from here within any of the existing tag categories.
Tagging Multiple Items
- To select multiple items, click on their icons or use the 'Select All' button at the top of a column.
- The available actions for the current selection will appear on the right.
- Select the 'Tags' action.
- A 'Tags' card will pop up.
- Choose one or more tags from the list to apply them to the current selection.
- To remove an applied tag, click on it. The applied tags are displayed to the right of 'Current Tags' at the top of the card. When multiple items are selected, only the tags they have in common are shown.
- (Optional) Use the search field to filter the displayed tags. If a desired tag doesn't exist, you can create it within any of the existing Tag Categories.
Tagging a Folder
- Locate the folder you want to tag all the contents of.
- Right-click on the folder or click the '...' button to access available actions.
- Choose the 'Tags' action.
- The Tags card will appear.
- (Optional) Use the search field to filter the displayed tags. If a desired tag doesn't exist, you can create one from here within any existing ‘Category’.
- Select one or more tags from the list to apply them to all the assets within the folder.
- A message saying 'Applied Tag Successfully' will appear next to the selected tag, indicating that it has been applied to the contents of the folder.
- To remove these tags, you will need to go to the individual assets in Spaces or Libraries, select them, and remove the tag(s) from the single or multiple item Tags card.
